There is actually a couple ideas for this one that not going to talk much about since Michael J. Fox doesn't want to do another.
1. Day after episode 3 ends - Marty wakes up like Tom Hanks in Big - it's been a day and he's 30 years older! What's going on? Calls up Doc, and Doc is so absent minded says something about that history was changed when they first went there. 2010 there is no such things as flying cars and the Cubs didn't win a world series. Basically all the predictions that didn't come true proves that the future was rewritten and Marty is now the Marty from 30 years in the future...that no longer exists until Marty ages 30 years and becomes that person.
Some "slap stick" could be marty seeing his hover board, says I'm too old for this, and just hits someone over the head with it. Marty is just too old to be doing those kind of stunts. He could even "borrow" a line from Lethal Weapon saying "I'm too old for this".
Doc and Marty have to figure out at what point something was altered changing the future and fix it.
2. Doc needs help from Marty in 30 years from now. Marty doesn't want anything to do with time travel anymore. Having one Biff in his life is bad enough, doesn't need generations and generations of Biffs. It was originally shown that Marty didn't want to keep the time machine.
But over the 30 years, Doc made some improvements...not only can he go into the past or the future, but he can also go to a new location. He needs Martys help because something happens to Doc at some point in history and Doc can't go back and warn Doc. Doc didn't want to know the future, but did to prevent his own death. It would still probably be bad if he met a previous self at some point. So, he needs Marty to go in time somewhere to rescue Doc, cuz otherwise the time machine would have never happened, nothing would have ever happened, etc.
Simple enough? Well, someone entered the code wrong in the time machine, making Marty end up someplace without help. Maybe back in the stone age. No platanium in the stone age, no relatives of doc brown or marty, or any one of any kind of help. The time machine isn't working, marty doesn't know how to fix it, and in the stone age. Time to rewrite history. In return of giving these people the "wheel" they get him to 88 mph and back to his time.
The only problem with this idea is Michael J Fox doesn't want any part of a new movie. I think the actor who played Doc Brown wouldn't mind. Can there be a back to the future without Marty? Put him in as a cameo for one of the stone age men maybe? Doc would have the knowledge to get back to his time, so he just needs to teach these people how to help him.

Matrix 4
This movie would be harder to get off the ground because I think the producers said they won't produce another and the three main actors said they are done. It was originally stated it was going to be a trilogy and it was, so where to go from there? Also my thoughts might have been answered by the animatrix, which I've never seen, or the MMO which I never played.
Why a 4th? #2 and #3 seems like 1 movie split in 2. And it was shown in theaters like 6 months between the 2. Neo died for our sins against the ever powerful smiths. But what happened once Jesus died? He rose from the dead, showed himself to his followers, became a religion. But Neo didn't want to be Jesus. But the oracle at the end of the 3rd movie said they might see Neo again.
So, how would a story line go? What about seeing the first 5 matricies? What about the one that was so perfect they lost entire crops? What about the other 4? What about the ones (if they exist) that Neo chose love over the world, or chose the world (and not both). These 5 first versions don't have to be full movies...15 to 20 minutes each. Maybe 1 or 2 of them as short as 5 minutes giving more time for maybe the 5th one which might be 45 minutes. I don't know.
But what about continuing the story? Neo probably lives but Trinity doesn't. Do we really want to see Neo without Trinity? Would Neo really want to live without Trinity? Also the original cast isn't interested in returning and don't want a Neo and Trinity v2.0 like the oracle 2.0. They handled the oracle v2.0 good. But using the same logic outside the matrix wouldn't fit.
So, what's keeping the machines to keep their word? The savior is dead. The Smiths are dead. The only one who isn't dead is the oracle. But didn't she say she balances the program? So the program still exists. The humans didn't win the war. The machines pretended to declare peace just so they could shut down the life support or something in the city. They save enough humans like last time to repopulate.
So, we end up with a new Neo, a new Morpheus, and a new Trinity. But now that there are no Smiths, Neo can become ultra powerful in this new lifetime. The new Neo, or anyone else for that matter, should be complete opposites of the original cast so it's not a cheap redo.
In this version of the Matrix, it's not Morpheus who is looking for Neo, but Neo finds Morpheus. Neo is someone who has conquerered the dream realm, is able to fly and do everything in dreams, but his mind is so far gone that he doesn't know what is real and what isn't. So, when he's able to seperate himself from the matrix and go down the tube he thinks it's just a dream he's unable to wake up out of.
He meets the new Morpheus much sooner than the real Neo did, at a time when Morpheus isn't even trying to find "the one". He gets Morpheus to "believe" because this new Neo has all these matrix "powers" "in real life" and doesn't need to be plugged into the matrix but can do it at will.
So, who's the main enemy of this new story? What's the purpose? The machines. Not Smith. The actual machines. Neo is much more advanced in this version that killing them isn't a problem. He's almost of god status where he can just think their demise and it happens.
That wouldn't make much of an interesting story if neo can just win at will. So, how do the machines fight back? Time. That's their defense. They are able to create a time rift that things just repeat over and over again, so even if Neo destroys all the machines, it will just repeat itself, allowing the machines to simply live forever (except when destroyed). So the machines are living more of a linier time line and everyone else is repeating.
So the battle then becomes the machines trying to destroy Neo v7.0 before he "wakes up" out of the matrix, and Neo and supporting cast to realize "deja-vu" is happening over and over again and they must figure out how to stop it from happening.
How would this story end? Depends if Matrix 4 will have a Matrix 5. Matrix 4 the machines win yet again, but this time crippled. The crops are lost, the machines are in such bad shape that they are actually the ones in hiding, repairing, figuring out what they did wrong and how to do it better. So Matrix 5 would have a story line of the machines taking over the world again (never got to see this yet).
If Matrix 4 is over with, the humans win. Neo is now elevated to the standing of a diety, but he doesn't care to be worshiped. So, the "heaven" he builds himself is just his own world where he can continue to "live" and to "dream" and to be able to do as he pleases.
I personally prefer the machines going in hiding. Even if a Matrix 5 isn't planned it allows a chance.

Jurassic Park 4
To start off, I'm choosing a sequel I've seen a dozen times this past year. The author of Jurassic Park passed away so that's probably why it hasn't been done yet. However, Jurassic Park 3 wasn't based on any book and wasn't directed by Spielberg. Also, the dinos in JP 3, the flyers, aren't really dinos.
However, there is rumors of JP 4 being in the making. But I think this rumor has been going on for a decade, so I'll believe it when I see it. Until then, I think there is enough of a story.
JP 3 featured pterodactyls that were flying somewhere. Where? Obviously JP 4 won't feature either of the first 2 islands, and the story line won't feature "Island C". So, JP 4 should be set off somewhere where the dino's have learned to evolve and survive without human interaction. I think JP 2 mentioned that they were able to survive without licence or something that should have killed them in 7 days, and JP 3, I think, showed eggs in the wild. Dinos have evolved.
Personally, I'd like to see water dinos. But what water dinos were there? All I know is a very big whale. So, only thing using this approach would be like sea serpents like loch ness. I'd think that would be cool, but not really the feal of JP.
So, the next thought would be - these dinos are evolving, but evolving unnaturally. They are living in a different time then they should with different atmosphere and way into the future (65 million years?). What would we humans do if we were visited by beings from 65 million years from now and were left in their time? We wouldn't evolve like we would have normally because everything is different.
Would dinos build houses like the flintstones? All buildings they know of they pretty much destroyed in JP 1. JP 2 there was a t-rex that saw houses and a ship and whatnot, but I'm not sure this is something they'd be interested in. They would be interested in violence though - guns, tranquilizers - I can't remember what other "violent" things humans introduced to them. I think it was JP 2 where a human zapped a small dino and told his buddy "now dinos have something to fear from humans".
Do I see dinos packing guns? Nah. The pterodactyls were flying to somewhere else so wouldn't just pick up guns and dinos learn how to use them. But I can see them figuring out how to launch projectiles very fast to use against other dinos or humans (if they see them again). Maybe a type of sling shot? I'd think that would be too boring. This is a branch in evolution that shouldn't have happened, so I'd think they'd come up with something very deadly that something humans haven't seen. Nothing Star Trek type, but something that a human would think "Oh look, the dino has something in it's hands", which turns out to be something very deadly, never seen before. Something that just looks crude but effective.
So, what's the story line? The original cast is called back because there is trouble at see. Sailors are reporting these monsters attacking their ships, both from the sea and the land. One survivor states they looked like evolved dinos - but with modern weaponry. Something to that effect. The cast goes to this new uncharted place and find these dinosaurs that have evolved so much that it's shocking. They have some sort of weaponry, maybe even some resemblance of a written language. And maybe with this language humans are able to actually communicate with them.
So, how would it end? The scientists have to figure out a way to start reversing this super evolution that is going on, because if they don't, dinos will evolve another 65 million years in a couple decades. Maybe they accomplish this by attempting to change the atmosphere over the island to something more prehistoric to slow down evolution.
Now, what about a cliff hanger to the next movie? A mad scientist that joins the original cast is able to figure out how exactly dinos were evolving so fast and is able to figure out how to make himself start evolving at that rate. Maybe in the mean time he befriends the dinos to add a storyline to the next movie.
Stupid ideas? Probably. Any new dino movies I'd watch over and over again.
